which tank and healing class?

i feel like making a tank and a healer for a side job while i gear up my hunter, but i cant decide..

what i was thinking is

healer:
priest-disc and shadow
shammy-Enh and Resto

tank:
pally-prot
warrior-fury and prot

they all seem fun and all, just dont know what to make!!!!

You forgot the best healer of all.....The Resto Druid

And for tank, I have only tried the pally tank. they are pretty easy to tank with I heard

another thing to consider for healers is role in raid your looking for.
holy paladins and disc priests primarily stick to tanks because of high/consistent single (and/or duo) target heals/absorbs while the other classes (or spec in priest case) have a good amount of multiple target abilities more suited (but certainly not limited) to healing the other raid members

there really is no best healing class as they are well balanced in wotlk (each have their own little perks) and its ability to get the job done is primarily on the players skill and gear

hey I never said I was the best resto druid/ healer;P
